Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aurian Client ("the Client", "Aurian", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Aurian Client, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Client.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Aurian Client, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using Aurian on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Aurian Client is a Minecraft client fork provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. The Client provides quality-of-life features, visual enhancements, and HUD utilities for supported versions of Minecraft. Aurian is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Aurian Client for personal gameplay on Minecraft servers that permit third-party clients. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Aurian complies with the rules and terms of any server you play on.

  • You may not use Aurian Client to gain unfair advantages in violation of a server's rules.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Client.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Client or any of its components.
  • You may not modify the Client and redistribute it under the Aurian name or brand.
  • You may not use the Client for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable laws.

4. Server Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use Aurian Client on any server. Aurian is a tool — the features it provides are designed for legitimate gameplay enhancement. Using any feature in a context where it violates a server's rules is your decision and your responsibility. AurianStudio accepts no liability for bans, account actions, or consequences resulting from your use of the Client on any server or platform.

5. Updates & Changes

Aurian Client is actively developed. We may push updates that change, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Client after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated software. We reserve the right to discontinue the Client or any part of it at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The Aurian name, logo, and branding are the property of AurianStudio. You may not use our name or branding without explicit written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aurian Client is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Client will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all system configurations. You use the Client at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AurianStudio and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Client, including but not limited to game account actions, data loss, or system issues.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Aurian Client after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
